We ship all orders with reliable national postal services to ensure your Batana oil arrives safely. Our delivery times are as follows:
- Within Europe: We deliver within 3-11 business days.
- Outside Europe: We deliver to other parts of the world within 7-14 business days.
Please note that during busy seasons such as Christmas, Easter, and other holidays, delivery times may be delayed due to high demand with postal services. We appreciate your understanding during these peak periods.
Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions on how to return your item and process a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition. Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for opened or used items.
